Sneaky Solitaire Game Board and Controls

How the Game Board Is Laid Out

Sneaky Solitaire renders a full Klondike game inside a spreadsheet grid, one of the best games to play at work that look like work. The cell coordinates use standard spreadsheet notation (rows are numbered, columns are lettered), so a quick glance reads like any other data sheet while you play solitaire at work without getting caught. Not familiar with standard Klondike? Read the official Klondike solitaire rules first.

Row 1 (A1–I1) Stock, Waste, and Foundation piles
S1 Stock: has cards to draw
(S1) Stock: empty, can be recycled for another pass
(W1) (W2) (W3) Waste: empty spot
(F1)–(F4) Foundation: empty pile; Ace goes here to start
Rows 2–3 (A2, C3–I3) Draw mode and column-select buttons
A2 Shows current draw mode; double-click to toggle Draw 1 ↔ Draw 3
▼ 1–▼ 7 Select all playable cards in the corresponding maneuver column
Rows 4+ (C4–I4) The seven maneuver columns (tableau)
(C1)–(C7) Maneuver column spot is empty
C1–C7 Maneuver column spot holds a face-down card
Face-up cards Show card rank and suit like A-H or K-S
Row 8 (A8) Click to undo the last move (greyed out when there is nothing to undo)
Row 10 (A10) Double-click to replay the same initial deal.
Row 23 (A23) Click to toggle the control help / instructions overlay

The game uses a 22-column × 39-row grid. The extra rows and columns outside the play area are filled with random placeholder data when the game is hidden, reinforcing the spreadsheet disguise.
